004: New dishes and Tennis

A lot of people nowadays seem to like the pearl tea stuff, so I've added that to my deli's list, though I have to say, I tried it and I can't taste what it is that's made it so popular, Also, I added macaroons and madelines to the store's menu. I feel like I'm turning more into a cafe than a deli. I should find some new savoury recipes too.

Since a lot of people have interest in our budding middle school tennis teams and the Fudomine team seem to be using my store as a meeting place, I thought I'd talk more about them. For one, I believe they should change their name to Foodomine with the amount of dishes they seem to consume when they come here -_-

Still, they played a practise match yesterday and won against Midoriyama, 5-0. The mandatory 'five-matches-played' rule is still around at Nationals, it seems, so they stuck to that. But they apparently had the drawings and it seems they're up against Hyotei in the first round of Kanto. I might go see that one to lend them support, Hyotei's cheering squad is apparently still as large as it was in our time ^^;

Ahh well, when you have word of them. I am very curious to know how the school is doing. Perhaps I should show up unexpected and watch practise and give them all heart-attacks?

Don't worry, doing well is practically guaranteed. Winning however....

Hyoutei may have a lot of people shouting their name because they don't know any better... But Fudomine's cheering section are more dedicated. Which means we'll win.

It makes sense. Honestly.

That's true. I'll see if An's free as well. Her cheering always seemed to cheer you guys up. Maybe it will do the same for this team.

Mmmmhmmm. It'll be good to see Shichido's face if that happens. I have a feeling that he won't be too pleased to see us all.

He can be as grumpy as he wants. Our old team deserves the best chance it can have. We didn't have much, but we had you, and we had our friends who cheered us on. And if it helped us to play and win, I'm sure it can help them too.

Yes, and I'm grateful, proud and continually amazed for what you all did with so little support.

But of course, other people's feelings are also important. I humiliated Shishido quite a bit, and while he might have needed it, it won't exactly leave him with a pleasant feeling, especially if we show up to witness a repeat of our middle school years.
